The alliance IDP calls for global demonstrations against PRISM, Tempora and other surveillance techniques on August 31st.
It has been announced numerous times that surveillance increases globally.
Security that is no longer proportional to privacy and freedom.
And it’s not only the citizens’ privacy that is at risk, but also corporations that became victims of industrial espionage from westerngovernments.
There are internationally planned demonstrations on August 31st. The alliance IDP appeals for citizens and corporations to make themselves be heard and to take their protest onto the streets. If you are interested in participating, you can do so by organizing protests, pickets or educating others.
Here is a list of a few locations across the globe where planned
demonstrations take place: Germany: Berlin, Bremen, Bochum, Dortmund, Dresden, Erfurt, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Kaiserslautern, Koln, Leipzig, München, Münster, Nürnberg, Saarbrücken, Stuttgart and Zwickau.
